Role Overview
Abidorch Consultancy Inc. is seeking a skilled Part‑Time Odoo ERP Developer to support our growing portfolio of digital transformation and business process optimization projects. We deliver tailored ERP solutions to clients across diverse industries, and we are looking for a developer who can contribute technical expertise on a project‑to‑project compensation structure.
This role is ideal for a developer who thrives in a flexible consulting environment, enjoys solving real business challenges, and can collaborate effectively with functional leads, project managers, and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
– Customize, configure, and extend Odoo ERP modules based on client requirements
– Translate business processes into functional Odoo workflows
– Develop new modules and enhance existing ones using Python, XML, and Odoo frameworks
– Integrate Odoo with third‑party applications and external APIs
– Support data migration, testing, and deployment activities
– Troubleshoot technical issues and provide post‑implementation support
– Collaborate with Abidorch Consultancy’s project team to deliver high‑quality solutions on schedule
– Prepare technical documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer sessions
Required Skills & Experience
– Hands‑on experience with Odoo development (custom modules, ORM, QWeb, API integrations)
– Strong understanding of Odoo functional areas such as CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, or Manufacturing
– Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and related technologies
– Ability to work independently and manage deliverables within defined project timelines
– Experience supporting ERP implementation cycles from requirements to deployment
– Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
