Part-Time Sales Executive (ERP Solutions)

Role Overview
Abidorch Consultancy Inc. is seeking dynamic, self‑driven Part‑Time Sales Executives to promote and sell our ERP solutions to businesses across various sectors. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology, business transformation, and revenue growth. Candidates will receive structured training on our ERP offerings, sales process, and value proposition.

Individuals with prior ERP sales or implementation experience will have a strong advantage, but motivated candidates from other sales or business backgrounds are welcome.

Key Responsibilities
– Identify prospect, and engage potential clients for Abidorch’s ERP solutions.
– Conduct discovery calls, needs assessments, and solution presentations.
– Pitch ERP capabilities, benefits, and ROI to decision-makers.
– Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
– Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
– Collaborate with Abidorch’s technical and consulting teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
– Represent the brand professionally in all interactions.

Compensation & Commission Structure
Base Compensation
No base pay, 100% commission

Commission Structure
A tiered commission model encourages performance and rewards high-value deals.

1. Deal Closure Commission
Commission is paid on the total contract value (TCV) of the ERP solution sold.

Deal Size (TCV) | Commission Rate

$5,000 – $15,000 = 10%
$15,001 – $50,000 = 12%
$50,001 – $100,000 =15%
Above $100,000 = 18%

2. Recurring Revenue Commission
With our ERP solution including subscription or support fees our SalesExecutives receive:
– 5% recurring commission for the first 12 months of the client’s subscription.

3. Quarterly Performance Bonus
Hitting quarterly targets of $50,000+ in closed deals earns:
– $500 – $2,000 bonus depending on performance tier.

Training & Support
All Sales Executives will receive:
– ERP product training
– Sales pitch scripts
– Demo environment access
– Marketing materials
– Ongoing coaching and performance feedback

Candidates with ERP experience may fast‑track through training and receive higher-value leads.

Ideal Candidate Profile
– Strong communication and presentation skills
– Experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or ERP/CRM solutions (preferred)
– Ability to understand business processes and articulate value
– Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
– Professional, ethical, and customer-focused
