Role Overview
The Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist will drive brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and convert prospects into clients across our consulting, training, and digital service offerings. You will combine strategic marketing execution with hands‑on sales outreach to support the company’s growth goals.
This is a part‑time role with performance‑based commission opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Acquisition:
– Identify, engage, and nurture prospective clients across business, ministry, and professional sectors.
– Conduct outreach through email, social media, phone calls, and networking platforms.
– Present Abidorch Consultancy’s services clearly and confidently to potential clients.
– Manage a simple sales pipeline and track leads, conversions, and follow‑ups.
– Support proposal development and client onboarding.

Digital Marketing & Brand Growth:
– Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online platforms.
– Create engaging content (posts, ads, newsletters, landing pages) that reflects the company’s brand voice.
– Manage and grow the company’s online presence, including social media channels and website updates.
– Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
– Support the creation of marketing materials such as flyers, presentations, and promotional videos.

Collaboration & Strategy:
– Work closely with leadership to align marketing and sales efforts with business goals.
– Provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
– Contribute creative ideas for outreach, partnerships, and brand expansion.

Qualifications & Skills:
– Experience in sales, digital marketing, or business development (1–3 years preferred).
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to create compelling digital content and manage social media platforms.
– Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools is an asset.
– Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
– A growth mindset and willingness to learn new tools and strategies.

Compensation:
– Part‑time hourly structure (flexible schedule).
